DIY MOISTURIZING PUMPKIN MASK (VEGAN)

There are many things to be joyful about during the month of October: the vibrant foliage of trees, the particular golden glow of the fall sun, healing teas and soups. But with this seasonal transition also comes much cooler temperature, crisp winds and overall dry weather that can affect our skin in not-so-luxurious ways.

This being said, the key beauty word for this month is NOURISH. My suggestion? A once-weekly deeply moisturizing facial mask that is also rich in antioxidants, as well as rejuvenating and anti-inflammatory elements that make use of the fall harvest.

In Ayurveda, it is important to adapt our beauty routine just as we do with our nutrition by using seasonal and local ingredients as much as possible to align our bodies and skin on a physical and energetic level.

I recommend doing this facial mask once a week for best results - this is a great one to add to your
“Self-Care” days if you are in the amazing habit of integrating those into your busy schedule!
